On Tuesday, November 16th at 9 AM, we participated in a panel hosted by the Louisiana Governor’s Office on Women’s Policy, the Office of First Lady Donna Edwards, and the LSU Women’s Center for a virtual summit on equal pay. This full-day summit explored data and trends and looked at opportunities to reduce the wage gap through individual action, employer action, and the passage of state, local and national policies.
A Better Balance is a non-profit advocacy organization that uses the power of the law to advance justice for workers, so they can care for themselves and their loved ones without jeopardizing their economic security.
