Taylor serves as the Development Manager at A Better Balance, having joined the organization in 2024, and brings over 7 years of experience in development, grant writing, and grants management. Taylor holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Central Florida (UCF), Certificate in Grant Proposal Writing from the Edyth Bush Institute of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership, and a Certificate in Grant Writing and Nonprofit Management from UCF. In conjunction with her career in development, Taylor has explored her passion for arts education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida and later a Professor of Foundation Studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion; women’s rights; and worker’s rights. She resides in Orlando, Florida and enjoys painting, printmaking, and writing.
