Katherine Greenberg joined A Better Balance in 2022. She leads the organization’s litigation work, enforcing and defending the laws that ensure workers can care for themselves and their loved ones. In this role, she represents individuals and groups in novel litigation, intervenes in existing cases, and files amicus briefs.
Katherine earned her J.D. magna cum laude from NYU School of Law and holds an M.A. from Kings College London and a B.A. from Vassar College. Prior to joining A Better Balance, she worked for the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in the Employment Law Unit of The Legal Aid Society. Katherine previously served as the Chair of the NYC Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee, and a board member of the New York chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
