Christine Saba is SVP of Finance at BMG North America, where she leads the accounting and
financial planning and analysis functions. With more than 20 years of finance and accounting
leadership experience, she brings a deep technical foundation and a track record of building and
managing high-performing finance teams.
Christine began her career at Deloitte & Touche, where she developed expertise in audit and
financial reporting across a range of industries. She has since held senior finance roles at
EdisonLearning and Imagem US, and holds a CPA license. Her time in the education sector,
including her work at EdisonLearning and her ongoing volunteer involvement with
DonorsChoose, reflects a longstanding commitment to access, equity, and opportunity.
Christine is based in New York and is a member of Chief, the professional network for executive
women. She is honored to bring her financial and operational expertise to the A Better Balance
Board in support of the organization’s vital mission to advance workers’ rights and caregiving
justice.
