Alisha Ramkaran joined A Better Balance in February 2020. She is a graduate of St. Norbert College, where she studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Prior to joining A Better Balance, she has worked with multiple non-profits after developing an interest in the financial needs of non-profit organizations in college. She is native of Brooklyn, New York and is passionate about workers’ rights.
